GREASY SURFACES REMEDY
Description
Surfaces that are obviously covered in a greasy deposit, or surfaces that, although not obviously greasy, will feel tacky to the touch.
Cause
• The gradual build-up of fatty cooking fumes, or fat splashes when frying food.
Remedy
Remove the grease by thorough washing and scrubbing with detergent. If the grease build-up is heavy, it may be necessary to wash with a strong detergent or sugar soap solution, then rinse well.
