Potato pancakes with cheese

- 7-10 medium potatoes
- 1-2 medium onions
- 1-2 eggs
- 50-100gr. Lambert-type cheese (can be any)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 2-3 tbsp flour
- Stretch. oil for frying


Peel the potatoes, wash, dry, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, cheese on a fine grater, grate or finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, add salt, pepper and eggs. All mix well, add flour as needed (so no water), again everything mix well.

Well heated pan, add oil, Spoon potato mixture, reduce the heat, fry on medium heat for longer until golden brown. Flip cover in a minute, fry just until golden brown.
