Papaya Salad Recipe
Tropical Papaya Salad
3 cups cubed papaya
1/4 cup chopped basil
1-2 limes, juiced
1/2 cup roasted and salted macadamia nuts
Coarse sea salt, to taste
Toss cubed papaya with basil and the juice of 1-2 limes, to coat. Stir in macadamia nuts immediately prior to serving. Sprinkles with a pinch of sea salt to taste
