Creamy Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

½ Pkg. Spaghetti, cooked
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp butter (divided)
1 Tbsp flour
½-1 cup heavy cream
6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
¼ Tsp black pepper
¼ Tsp white pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Beat eggs in a small bowl and set aside for later use. Place a medium size saucepan on high heat. Add in 2
tablespoons of butter; reduce heat to medium until butter melts completely. Meanwhile in a separate pan,
cook bacon until crispy and set aside. Next add in flour to butter mixture to make a roux. Be sure to not burn
the roux and reduce heat if needed.
In a stockpot bring 3-4 quarts of water to a heated boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Now add in heavy cream with butter mixture and bring heat to high to a heated boil. Reduce heat to medium
and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain spaghetti, and place into a large bowl, add remaining butter, and eggs mix well. The hot spaghetti will
cook the eggs. Add bacon, peppers, cream mixture, and Parmesan cheese mix well.
