 Dark chocolate and orange panna cotta

 



You will need:

Chocolate cream:

- Dark chocolate:
- Cream (low fat) - 300 ml
- Dark chocolate - 125 g
- Orange zest

Panna cotta:

- Cream (low fat) - 300 ml
- Milk - 125 ml
- Gelatine - 2 teaspoons
- Bitter orange marmalade - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1/2 cup

How to cook:

1. Cream of dark chocolate:


Chocolate mangled and place in a bowl. Boil and pour the cream of chocolate, add the grated zest and stir until chocolate is melted. Put glasses in a pan and pour a slope chocolate. So put the pan in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to grab a form.

2. Orange panna cotta:


Gelatin pour in the milk (25 ml) and a bowl of milk, put in a water bath. Gelatin must be dissolved. Cream, sugar and remaining milk to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat and pour the gelatin into the cream, add the jam. Stir the whole mixture to gelatin distributed. If necessary, add the sugar. Cool to room temperature and pour on top of the frozen chocolate. Refrigerate for 4 hours or leave overnight.
